   Pickling Passivated 304 PN25 Thickened Plate Flange is enhanced anti-corrosion thickened stainless steel flat welding flange optimized on ordinary 304 flange basis, upgraded disc thickness and pressure grade, added overall acid pickling and passivation anti-corrosion process, for weak acid, weak alkali high-pressure circulating chemical pipeline working condition. Made of virgin SUS304 stainless steel without scrap blending, stable chemical corrosion resistance, no surface rust under long-term humid chemical workshop environment.

   Thickened reinforced disc structure upgrades pressure to PN25 grade, maximum 2.5MPa working pressure, solving ordinary thin 304 flange deformation and sealing failure under high-pressure medium circulation. Whole flange pickling passivation removes welding oxide scale, surface chromium-rich passive film formed permanently, improving anti-corrosion performance 2 times higher than mirror polished 304 flange. Ultra-precision CNC ground RF sealing face, flatness controlled within 0.02mm, matched with PTFE gasket to realize weak acid medium leak-free operation.

   All bolt holes deburred and chamfered, convenient bolt assembly without gasket scratching. Size DN20-DN600 chemical conventional size in stock. Every flange passes salt spray 2000-hour test and passivation film thickness test before delivery. Double fillet full penetration welding, weld seam can be passivated together on site.
