   JIS B2220 10K SS400 Carbon Steel Plate Flange is standard Japanese industrial flat welding flange complied with JIS B2220 piping standard, produced with exclusive Japanese SS400 structural carbon steel, stable mechanical performance matching Japanese brand valves, pumps and pipeline complete sets of equipment. Different from GB/ANSI/DIN standard flanges, this 10K pound-class flange owns exclusive outer diameter, bolt hole quantity and pitch, special size design for Japan domestic factory and Southeast Asia Japanese-invested industrial projects.

   10K Japanese pressure grade supports 1.0MPa conventional working pressure, suitable for normal temperature water, air, oil non-corrosive medium transmission. The flange surface is treated with environmental black anti-rust painting, uniform paint thickness, beautiful appearance, effective isolation of air moisture to prevent storage rust. All bolt holes are drilled by JIS special CNC die, hole position error controlled within industry standard range, realizing seamless assembly of old and new JIS piping without hole modification. Adopt hot rolling integral forming process, better toughness than cast JIS flange, not easy to deform under bolt locking force.

   Our factory has complete JIS standard moulds, full size 10K flange DN15-DN750 in stock for fast container shipment. Every finished flange passes size calibration, hardness test and appearance inspection.
