Customers provide basic parametersStructural parameters: Flange outer diameter (OD), thickness (Thk), number and arrangement of tube holes (triangular/square), tube hole diameter (matched with heat exchange tubes, usually with a tolerance of ±0.1mm)
Operating conditions requirements: Pressure rating (PN/Class), temperature range (normal/high/low temperature), medium type (corrosiveness, particulate matter content, etc.)
Connection standards: Flange standards (ASME, EN, GB/T, etc.), sealing surface forms (FF/RF/RJT)
Drawing design
2D drawings: Mark key dimensions (flange thickness, tube hole spacing, sealing surface roughness, etc.).
3D models: Provide STEP/IGS files for customer confirmation (support finite element analysis to verify strength).
Special requirements: Segmented tube sheets (large equipment), tube hole chamfer/groove design (facilitate heat exchange tube welding)
