Low pressure/small-diameter pipeline system:
(1) Commonly used for conveying low-pressure fluids such as water, air, steam, oil, etc
(2) The most suitable for DN15-DN100 (half "-4") pipelines.
(3) Compared to larger diameters, threaded seals can reduce the risk of leakage.
Installation environment with limited space:
(1) Internal thread flange is directly connected to the pipeline through threads without welding, suitable for narrow or difficult to weld areas
matters needing attention:
(1) It needs to be used in conjunction with thread sealant (such as Loctite), raw tape or metal gasket to ensure sealing.
(2) Long term vibration may cause loose threads, regular inspection is required
(3) Internal thread flanges are generally used in medium and low pressure systems below Class 600LB, as high pressure can easily cause thread leakage
Internal thread design:
(1) The flange inner hole is machined with Female Thread, which can be directly screwed into Male Thread pipes or fittings without welding.
Flange face type:
(1) Flat Face (FF): Suitable for low-pressure, non critical sealing applications.
(2) RF (Raised Face): equipped with sealing gasket grooves to improve sealing performance.
