316 ultra-high temperature creep-resistant weld neck flange is a high-end forged fitting dedicated to industrial furnaces, high-temperature kilns and ultra-high temperature thermal equipment, manufactured per ASME B16.5 Class600 high-pressure standards. Adopting niobium-stabilized alloy system, it delivers superior ultra-high temperature stability and creep resistance than 321 material, capable of long-term continuous operation above 800℃. Made of genuine ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel billet with integral closed-die forging and exclusive ultra-high temperature solution stabilization heat treatment, the product features extremely stable metallographic structure without creep deformation, carbonization, stress cracking or intergranular corrosion under long-term ultra-high temperature, high pressure and thermal cycle loads. The high-strength tapered hub offsets thermal stress and mechanical vibration of ultra-high temperature pipelines, eliminating deformation warping and sealing failure after long-term high-temperature service. Ultra-precision CNC turning ensures an ultra-flat sealing surface, achieving long-term zero leakage with high-temperature special gaskets. The testable full penetration weld has excellent welding performance and maintains stable ultra-high temperature anti-corrosion and anti-creep performance without post-weld heat treatment, widely adapting to harsh working conditions such as industrial heating furnaces, kiln flue gas pipelines, metallurgical high-temperature pipelines and power station ultra-high temperature thermal systems.
