316L marine-grade low-carbon weld neck flange is a high-end forged fitting specially designed for marine and coastal corrosive working conditions, manufactured strictly in accordance with ASME B16.5 Class150 standards with RF raised face sealing and integral closed-die forging technology. With carbon content strictly controlled below 0.03%, it completely avoids welding sensitization and weld intergranular corrosion. Supported by molybdenum alloy elements, it delivers excellent resistance to seawater salt fog, chloride pitting and crevice corrosion, perfectly adapting to long-term immersion, high humidity and high salinity marine harsh environments. Made of genuine ASTM A182 F316L stainless steel forged billets without plate cutting or splicing defects, the product features dense and uniform internal metallographic structure with superior mechanical strength, toughness and structural stability. The tapered hub effectively buffers wind and wave vibration, pressure fluctuation and alternating temperature stress of offshore pipelines, eliminating fatigue cracking and medium leakage risks at the flange root.
