304L ultra-low carbon weld neck flange is an upgraded version of 304 stainless steel with carbon content strictly controlled below 0.03%, fundamentally eliminating welding sensitization and solving intergranular corrosion, rusting and cracking of weld seams. Manufactured per ASME B16.5 Class150 standards with integral closed-die forging structure, the flange features dense and stable metallographic structure and excellent mechanical properties. Compared with ordinary 304 flanges, 304L flanges maintain more stable performance under repeated welding, on-site reconstruction and high-temperature thermal cycling. No post-weld solution heat treatment is required to retain superior corrosion resistance. After CNC precision turning, end finishing and acid passivation, the sealing surface is smooth and flat with long-lasting sealing performance without material degradation caused by welding high temperature. It is widely used in food processing, pharmaceutical production, sewage treatment, environmental desulfurization and fine chemical projects requiring frequent welding and long-term humid corrosion resistance.
