316L Class300 medium-pressure chemical-specific weld neck flange is an upgraded high-end forged fitting for medium-pressure and continuous corrosion chemical working conditions, manufactured strictly per ASME B16.5 Class300 pressure standard with far higher pressure resistance than conventional Class150 flanges, adapting to complex chemical pipeline conditions of continuous pressure bearing, medium scouring and alternating temperature. Made of ASTM A182 F316L ultra-low carbon molybdenum stainless steel billet and integrally closed-die forged, the product features defect-free dense metallographic structure with greatly improved mechanical strength, compression resistance and scouring resistance, eliminating flange deformation, warping and leakage under medium pressure. The ultra-low carbon property completely solves intergranular corrosion risks caused by frequent welding and renovation of chemical pipelines, maintaining stable anti-corrosion performance without post-weld heat treatment for long-term erosion resistance of weak acid, weak alkali and chlorine-containing chemical media. The unique tapered hub efficiently disperses high-pressure stress and mechanical vibration during pipeline operation, improving the overall fatigue resistance of the pipeline system to meet 24-hour continuous operation requirements of chemical production lines. After CNC high-precision finishing, end leveling and precise passivation, the ultra-flat sealing surface fits tightly with various chemical gaskets for long-term stable sealing and anti-medium-scouring performance. The full penetration weld supports NDT inspection, fully complying with engineering acceptance standards for petrochemical, fine chemical and new chemical material projects.
