2205 duplex steel WNRF Class300 weld neck flange is a cost-effective flagship product for high chloride corrosion working conditions, integrating the dual metallographic advantages of austenite and ferrite with both high strength and superior chloride corrosion resistance, outperforming conventional 316L and 904L stainless steel in anti-corrosion performance. Manufactured strictly per ASME B16.5 Class300 medium-high pressure standards with universal S32205 duplex steel billet, the integrally forged product features balanced austenite and ferrite metallographic structure, with mechanical strength more than twice that of ordinary stainless steel, greatly improving pressure impact resistance, deformation resistance and fatigue resistance. Optimized for high chloride, salt water and weak acid corrosion conditions, it effectively resists chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, perfectly adapting to scenarios where ordinary stainless steel frequently fails, such as chemical chloride media, industrial salt water, high-salinity sewage and coastal high-chloride pipe networks.
