The 304 stainless steel quick-install double-chuck male-threaded pipe connector is a CNC-machined pipe fitting with a disc base and a male-threaded connector end, finished with a polished surface for clean installation in stainless steel piping. This connector is designed for quick assembly: the double-chuck structure holds the mating part in position while the male thread is tightened, reducing on-site fitting time compared with conventional threaded joints.
It is manufactured by Shangdian Flange Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd., a Wenzhou factory established in 2010, where forging, heat treatment, 5-axis CNC machining and final inspection are carried out in-house. The connector is produced within the same program as the plant's industrial heavy-duty flanges and sanitary high-purity flanges, with export records to more than 30 countries.
The plant manufactures flanges and pipe fittings, including this connector, against a multi-standard dimensional program, with pressure classes covering 150 #-2500 #, PN0.6-PN400 and 5k-40k. The connector is machined from 304 stainless steel, with the material program extending to 316/316L, duplex and super duplex grades, and nickel alloys such as Inconel, Incoloy, Monel 400 and Hastelloy series when an application requires them. Every batch receives 100% PMI spectral inspection, with chemical composition traceable to the original mill melt number. Dimensional inspection follows international standard tolerances, and penetrant, ultrasonic and radiographic testing are available on request. Third-party inspection witnessed by SGS, BV or TUV is supported, and the plant holds TS pressure pipe licensing, ISO 9001/14001/45001, CE-PED, AD2000 and EAC certification.
This connector is used in stainless steel piping for the petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical plants, waste gas systems, power plants, shipbuilding and water treatment, where quick assembly and a machined thread finish reduce installation time. The manufacturer also supplies piping solutions for data center liquid cooling, hydrogen energy and energy storage projects.
OEM service covers custom size and drawing, custom material, custom marking including logo, part number and heat number, custom packing, and custom label and sticker. The plant accepts OEM for flanges and pipe fittings, produces to customer drawings and requirements, and protects customer designs and trademarks. Custom export packaging and special protection requirements can be arranged, with FCL/LCL sea freight, air freight and international express available.

The plant manufactures to GOST 12820-80, ANSI B16.5, EN 1092, BS4504, JIS B2220-2012, DIN and UNI standards, in addition to ASME/ANSI, EN, JIS and GB/T programs for non-standard parts.
