A1: We custom manufacture stainless steel elbow, tee, concentric / eccentric reducer, stub end, transition joint, special connector, machined pipe parts and other non-standard pipe fittings. Both industrial type and sanitary hygienic type are available.
A2: Main materials: 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 310S, 2205 duplex stainless steel. We also support nickel alloy and duplex alloy customization upon request.
A3: Yes. We accept PDF / CAD drawings or physical samples. Our engineering team reviews dimensions, tolerance, surface finish and welding requirements before quotation.
A4: Pickled matte finish, bright polish, sanitary mirror polish (Ra ≤0.8μm), sandblasting are optional. Sanitary polished fittings are widely used in food, beverage and pharmaceutical pipelines.
A5: We follow ASME B36.19, ASME B36.10, DIN, EN, ISO standards. For non-standard parts, we manufacture strictly according to your drawing tolerances and technical requirements.
A6: Yes. Mill Test Certificate (3.1 MTC) is available. PMI positive material identification, dimensional inspection and visual inspection can be arranged as your requirement.
