  EN1092-1 F316L PN25 RF Plate Flange is a medium-high pressure anti-corrosion flat weld fitting specially designed for marine and offshore engineering harsh working conditions. Adopting low-carbon molybdenum stainless steel formula, it solves the weld embrittlement and insufficient salt spray resistance of ordinary 316 plate flanges. The PN25 (2.5MPa) medium-high pressure rating adapts to marine ballast water, fire protection and offshore platform process pipeline heavy-load working conditions.

Ultra-low carbon structure eliminates welding intergranular corrosion and weld cracking caused by long-term coastal salt fog and high-humidity erosion. Molybdenum alloy component provides excellent seawater and chloride corrosion resistance, passing 5000-hour neutral salt spray test. The thickened integral plate body improves pressure resistance and structural rigidity, adapting to ship pipeline vibration and wave impact load. Super enhanced passivation treatment ensures long-term anti-rust and anti-sticking performance in high-salt and high-humidity marine environments.
