This UNS N08926 (904L) stainless steel tubesheet flange is a precision-machined pressure vessel component, produced with CNC and laser drilling processes for heat exchangers, evaporators and reactor equipment. The product serves industrial clients in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power generation and marine engineering sectors, with compliance to multiple international flange and pressure vessel standards.
The tubesheet flange is manufactured in compliance with ASME BPVC, as well as ANSI B16.5, EN 1092, JIS B2220-2012 and GOST 12820-80 standards. UNS N08926 (alloy 904L) is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel with high chromium and nickel content, as well as molybdenum and copper alloying elements. This material provides good resistance to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and chloride-induced corrosion, making it suitable for acidic and high-corrosion process environments. It maintains stable mechanical properties within a wide temperature range, meeting the requirements of most chemical and pharmaceutical process equipment.
Besides 904L, a range of alternative material grades are available for custom orders, including austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, carbon steel, nickel alloy and Cr-Mo alloy grades, to adapt to different pressure, temperature and corrosion working conditions.

The 904L material tubesheet flange adapts to acidic process environments, chloride-containing water systems and medium-to-high temperature process conditions. For special working conditions such as high pressure and strong corrosion, alternative alloy materials can be selected to match the actual operating parameters.
The tubesheet flange is produced through forging, heat treatment, CNC machining and laser drilling processes. The CNC and laser drilling equipment ensures accurate hole position and consistent hole wall quality, reducing assembly deviation between tube sheets and heat exchanger tubes. The production process supports custom drilling layouts based on client-provided drawings.
All tubesheet flanges undergo dimensional verification, hole position accuracy detection, surface quality inspection and material composition analysis before delivery. Non-destructive testing items such as ultrasonic testing can be added according to client requirements, with corresponding test documents provided.
The maximum outer diameter for tubesheet flange production reaches 6000 mm, covering DN150 to DN3000 nominal sizes. Custom diameters beyond this range can be evaluated based on specific requirements.
Under standard CNC and laser drilling processes, the hole diameter tolerance reaches ±0.1 mm, and the hole position tolerance reaches ±0.15 mm. Tighter tolerance requirements can be discussed for specific projects.
