Shangdian Flange Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. manufactures forged stainless steel threaded tee fittings for industrial piping systems, with in-house closed-die hot forging, solution heat treatment and 5-axis CNC machining. Every threaded tee is verified by 100% PMI spectral inspection with material traceability to the mill melt number, and each order ships with MTR reports and applicable certificates. Since 2010, the Wenzhou factory has exported stainless steel pipe fittings to more than 30 countries.
A threaded tee fitting is a three-way pipe fitting with threaded ends, used to connect a branch line to a main line without on-site welding. The threaded connection allows assembly with thread sealant and later dismantling for maintenance, which suits piping systems where hot work is restricted. Each tee is forged from stainless steel, then machined and threaded to controlled tolerances. Shangdian supplies threaded tee fittings in the 2-inch (DN50) nominal size, and in custom sizes produced to project specification, as part of a complete stainless steel pipe fitting range that includes flanges, elbows, reducers and socket weld fittings. The fittings also serve piping solutions for data center liquid cooling, hydrogen energy and energy storage systems.
Threaded tee fittings are manufactured to the fitting standards that govern threaded end connections, including ASME B16.11 threaded fittings, MSS SP-83 threaded fittings, ISO 4144 threaded stainless steel fittings and BS 3799 threaded steel fittings. Material grades follow the ASTM A182 stainless steel specifications: F304/F304L and F316/F316L as standard options, with F321, F347, 904L, SAF 2205 and SAF 2507 super duplex steel available, as well as Inconel 600/625/690, Incoloy 800/825, Monel 400 and Hastelloy series alloys for severe corrosion and high-temperature service. Chemical composition is verified by 100% PMI spectral inspection per batch and traced to the original mill melt number.

Production follows a controlled route: raw material PMI inspection, closed-die hot forging on a hydraulic forming press, solution heat treatment on a continuous line, precision CNC machining on 5-axis machining centers and high-precision lathes, dimensional and surface inspection, surface finishing by pickling and passivation, mechanical finishing or electropolishing, and final quality control with dimensional tests, non-destructive testing and surface defect checks. Dimensional tolerances comply with international fitting standards. Penetrant, ultrasonic and radiographic testing are available on request, and third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV can be arranged. The factory holds a TS pressure pipe license, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, and CE-PED, AD2000 and EAC approvals.
Custom production is available to customer drawings, samples or project requirements, including non-standard dimensions, special alloy materials and custom thread specifications. Laser marking of logos, part numbers, batch numbers and project identifiers is offered, and OEM and ODM programs are supported. Engineering support covers working condition analysis, material selection and piping solution design.
Threaded tee fittings are packed in export-standard wooden cases with protective packaging for the threaded ends, and marked with shipping marks and material traceability codes. Shipment is available by FCL or LCL sea freight, air freight and international express. Each order ships with a full set of export documents, including MTR reports, certificates and packing lists.
