The GB/T 12459 DN 50 × 32 Sch10S stainless steel concentric reducer is a threaded pipe fitting used to connect a 50 mm line to a 32 mm line with a gradual reduction in diameter. It is manufactured by Shangdian Flange Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd., a Wenzhou-based plant that has produced stainless steel flanges and fittings since 2010 using forging and push-forming technology. The in-house production chain covers forging, heat treatment, CNC machining and testing, with a 5-axis CNC machining center and complete forging and heat treatment lines. The plant's fittings have been exported to customers in more than 30 countries, and the dual product lines cover industrial pipe fittings and threaded fittings.

The reducer is supplied with threaded ends in the Sch10S wall thickness schedule, and the table lists the maximum outer diameter of this fitting family at 6000.
The reducer is produced in accordance with GB/T 12459, and the fitting family also complies with ANSI B16.9, ASME B16.9, MSS-SP-83, EN 10253, DIN 2605, JIS B2311, JIS B2312, ISO 4144, ISO 1127 and BS 3799. Wall thicknesses are available from Sch5S through Sch160. Stainless steel grades include A182 F304/304L, F316/316L, F321, F310S, F347H, F316Ti, 317/317L, 904L and the 1.4301, 1.4307, 1.4401, 1.4571 and 1.4541 equivalents, with duplex stainless steel, line pipe steel, nickel alloy and Cr-Mo alloy grades also available. The plant holds a TS pressure pipe license together with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification, CE-PED, AD2000 and EAC.
Each batch receives PMI spectral inspection, with the chemical composition traceable to the original mill melt number. Dimensional checks follow international standard tolerances, and non-destructive testing - penetrant, ultrasonic and radiographic - is available on request. Surface treatment options include grinding, sandblasting, spray painting, galvanizing and marking. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV can be witnessed at the plant, and shipments leave with export wooden case packing, protective caps where applicable, and a full set of export documents, MTR reports, certificates and packing lists. FCL/LCL sea freight, air freight and international express delivery are supported.
Concentric reducers of this type are used in the petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, waste gas systems, power plants, shipbuilding and water treatment. The threaded connection allows the reducer to be fitted directly onto threaded pipe ends, which suits systems where welding is not the preferred joining method.
Custom production follows customer drawings, samples or project requirements, covering non-standard dimensions, special material grades and surface finishes. Engineering support covers working condition analysis, material selection and piping solution design. Laser marking can be applied for logo, part number, batch number and project identification, and OEM and ODM services are supported along with custom export packaging and special protection requirements.

Sch10S is a wall thickness schedule for stainless steel pipe fittings, one of the schedules from Sch5S to Sch160 covered in the product range.
In addition to GB/T 12459, the fitting family complies with ANSI B16.9, ASME B16.9, MSS-SP-83, EN 10253, DIN 2605, JIS B2311, JIS B2312, ISO 4144, ISO 1127 and BS 3799.
Stainless steel grades such as A182 F304/304L, F316/316L, F321, F310S, F347H, F316Ti, 317/317L and 904L are available, along with duplex stainless steel, nickel alloy and other special alloy grades.
