      316L Marine Grade PN25 RF Plate Flange is professional anti-salt corrosion flat welding flange designed for offshore, coastal and marine piping systems, manufactured in accordance with marine piping industry standard and EN1092-1 European standard. Different from ordinary 304 stainless steel, this flange adopts molybdenum-containing low-carbon SUS316L stainless steel raw material, which greatly enhances resistance to seawater electrolytic corrosion, chloride ion erosion and coastal salt fog oxidation, solving the common failure problem of ordinary stainless steel flanges in seaside long-term service.

      Optimized thickened disc structure upgrades pressure rating to PN25, bearing maximum 2.5MPa working pressure, adapting marine pipeline vibration, water hammer impact and high-load working conditions. The flange sealing face adopts precision grinding RF raised face, matched with marine oil-resistant rubber gasket, achieving permanent tight sealing for circulating seawater medium. After overall acid pickling and passivation treatment, the flange forms a dense passive protective film on the metal surface, improving seaside service life by more than twice compared with ordinary polished stainless steel flanges. All bolt holes are CNC drilled with tolerance controlled within ±0.1mm, guaranteeing high-precision assembly for ship pipeline modular installation.

      Our marine flange passes professional salt spray 5000-hour anti-corrosion test, ultrasonic internal defect inspection and hydraulic pressure tightness test before delivery.
