304/316 Inner Wire Tee
304/316 Stainless Steel Female Thread Tee is a T-shaped pipeline fitting. It realizes stable connection of three pipelines through precise internal threads, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, high structural strength and easy installation. The product strictly complies with Chinese National Standard (GB) and international standards including ANSI B16.11 and ISO 7-1. Available in 304 and 316 stainless steel, with nominal sizes ranging from DN6 to DN100 (1/8" to 4"), it is widely applied in pipeline branching for water supply and drainage, chemical engineering, food industry, marine engineering and other fields.
304 Stainless Steel: Contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel (corresponding to Chinese grade 06Cr19Ni10). It meets food-grade safety requirements and features excellent basic corrosion resistance. Ideal for ordinary water, air, and weak acid-base environments such as domestic water supply and general chemical pipelines, offering cost-effective performance.
316 Stainless Steel: Based on 304 stainless steel with an addition of 2%–3% molybdenum (corresponding to Chinese grade 06Cr17Ni12Mo2). Its corrosion resistance is greatly enhanced, especially against chloride ion corrosion. Specially designed for harsh working conditions such as coastal high-salt mist areas, seawater desalination and fertilizer production, effectively preventing pitting corrosion and perforation.
✅ Material Selection Guideline: Select 316 stainless steel for chloride-containing environments, and 304 stainless steel for general applications. Material Test Certificates (MTC EN 10204 3.1) are provided for all products to guarantee authenticity.
Thread Standards: NPT (ANSI B1.20.1) and BSPT (ISO 7-1) tapered threads ensure tight sealing and outstanding leak-proof performance.
Structural Advantages: Flow resistance coefficient ≤ 0.3 to reduce fluid turbulence. Withstanding temperature range: -50℃ to 300℃, pressure resistance up to 2.0 MPa, suitable for transmission of both hot and cold fluids.
