1. Comprehensive Coverage of Mainstream Global Standards for Diverse Application Scenarios​

We strictly adhere to internationally accepted and core national standards to realize standardized production of the entire series of flange fittings, ensuring high compatibility in different projects. Core execution standards cover four major systems:​

  • Chinese National Standard (GB):Comply with core standards such as GB/T 9112-2010 "Steel Pipe Flanges" and GB/T 12459-2017 "Steel Butt-Welding Fittings", with pressure ratings ranging from PN0.1 to PN40 and nominal diameters from DN6 to DN4000. Suitable for most domestic engineering scenarios such as municipal administration, construction, water supply and drainage, with dimensional tolerances and performance parameters fully meeting national mandatory requirements.​

  • American Standard (ANSI/ASME):Implement ASME B16.5 "Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings" and ASME B16.9 "Factory-Made Wrought Steel Butt-Welding Fittings" standards, with pressure ratings marked as Class150-Class2500. Adopting imperial dimension system, pipe wall thickness is classified by Sch series (Sch10-Sch160), designed specifically for North American market and international oil & gas, petrochemical projects, with sealing surfaces including ring-type joint (RTJ) for high-pressure applications.​

  • European Standard (EN/DIN):Follow EN 1092-1 European flange standard and DIN 2448 German seamless steel pipe standard, with pressure ratings marked as PN6-PN100. Strict requirements for dimensional tolerances and sealing surface processing precision, tongue and groove (TG) sealing form suitable for high-end scenarios such as precision chemical industry and pharmaceuticals. Some low-pressure grades can be approximately adapted to GB standards but maintain independent tolerance standards.​

  • Japanese Standard (JIS):Produce in accordance with JIS B2220 flange standard and JIS G3454 steel pipe standard, with pressure ratings marked as 5K-30K. Dimension design fits East Asian industrial habits, with overall compact structure, suitable for light industry and marine projects in Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia, and cannot be directly interchanged with other systems.​

In addition, we strictly comply with the international general standard ISO 7005-1:2011, which applies to general industrial piping systems, covering various fluid transportation scenarios such as steam, chemical media and natural gas, ensuring global versatility of exported products. All products complete pressure testing, dimensional calibration and appearance inspection in accordance with corresponding standards, eliminating compatibility risks caused by non-standard production.​

2. Authoritative Material Certification System for Full-Process Quality Traceability​

We deeply understand the importance of material certificates for customers' project acceptance and safety compliance, and have established a full-chain certification system from raw material procurement to finished product delivery, providing authoritative documents that meet international norms:​

  • Types of Certification Documents:Provide two types of core documents according to project requirements: one is EN 10204 Type 3.1 certificate, issued by our authorized inspectors, including complete test data, suitable for conventional engineering and structural components; the other is EN 10204 Type 3.2 certificate, jointly issued by us and third-party authoritative institutions such as TÜV and SGS, with the highest credibility, meeting the requirements of high-risk scenarios such as pressure vessels and oil & gas pipelines and international projects.​

  • Core Content of Certificates:Material certification documents include complete traceability information, specifically: manufacturer name and qualifications, contract number and product batch number, material grade (e.g., Q235, 304, 316L) and standard number, chemical composition and mechanical property test data, dimensional specifications and pressure rating, non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing) and pressure test results, quality inspection department seal and issuance date, ensuring each indicator is traceable.​

  • Supplementary Certificates for Special Scenarios:Provide GB/T 229 low-temperature impact test results for low-temperature projects; supplement GB/T 4334 intergranular corrosion test reports for corrosion resistance requirements; for high-pressure pipe fittings with design pressure ≥10MPa, additionally attach individual ultrasonic testing qualification certificates, fully meeting compliance requirements of special working conditions.​

Our material certification documents have undergone strict audits, corresponding one-to-one with product batch numbers and heat numbers, with legal effect, and can be directly used for project acceptance, customs declaration and later operation and maintenance traceability.
