316L ultra-low carbon stainless steel threaded flange Class150 is a welding-free pipe fitting specially developed for corrosive conditions. Forged from molybdenum-containing ASTM A182 F316L ultra-low carbon steel, it provides superior resistance to chloride, seawater, salt fog, weak acid and alkali compared with 304 steel. Ultra-low carbon content (≤0.03%) eliminates welding sensitization and intergranular corrosion, avoiding pitting and cracking in long-term humid and corrosive environments. Precisely machined NPT taper thread ensures tight sealing without welding, ideal for fire-prohibited coastal and chemical areas. Integral forging delivers dense structure and excellent scouring and aging resistance, with service life 2-3 times longer than 304 flanges. Class150 low-pressure grade fits all light-corrosion fluid systems. Easy installation and disassembly reduce maintenance cost without pipe cutting during repair.
