GB/T9117 F304L PN25 RF Socket Weld Flange is a low-carbon upgraded version of conventional 304 SW flange, with ultra-low carbon content below 0.03%, which fundamentally suppresses carbide precipitation during welding and eliminates weld heat-affected zone intergranular corrosion. With a PN25 (2.5MPa) medium-high pressure rating, it solves the problem of insufficient pressure resistance and easy welding corrosion of ordinary 304 flanges, and is suitable for long-term continuous operation of factory process water and medium-pressure gas pipelines.
Adopting low-carbon austenitic stainless steel for integral forging, the product has more stable welding performance and no brittle cracking after long-term service. The optimized deepened socket structure increases pipe embedding depth, improves connection firmness, and enhances pipeline vibration resistance.
